The estate is located in the commune of Espira-de-l'Agly in the French region Roussillon. It was founded in 1990. Julien (winemaker) and Christine Jeannin (cellar master and oenologist) then took over the business from their parents in 2006. The vineyards cover 25 hectares. They are made with the white wines Grenache Blanc ( Garnacha Blanca ), Macabeo, Muscat Blanc, Roussanne and Vermentino, as well as with the red wines Grenache Noir ( Garnacha Tinta ), Syrah, Marselan, Mourvèdre ( Monastrell ), Carignan Noir ( Mazuelo ) and Marselan planted. The management takes place according to guidelines of the Organic viticulture. The company is certified according to the highest of the three environmental certification levels for agricultural businesses (HVE = Haute Valeur Environmentale).
The selective reading is done exclusively by hand. The vineyards and grape varieties are all grown separately. Each plot experiences special cultivation methods in the vineyard as well as expansion methods in the cellar. There is a cool fermentation in order to maintain the Fruitiness carried out. In order to be gentler extraction the ingredients are used in the fermentation of red wine Pump over applied. The expansion takes place mainly in 300- to 400-liter barrels. The Cuvée l'Envie matures in Stainless steel tank. The product range includes wines from the AOP areas Cotes du Roussillon, Cotes-du-Roussillon-Villages and Muscat de Rivesaltes, as well as the IGP Cotes Catalanes . The flagship of the house is "Cuvée Dédicace" (AOP Côtes-du-Roussillon).
