Translate to English Relativ herber und teils ein wenig grüner, dazu etwas nussiger und schokoladiger Duft nach eingemachten gemischten Beeren und Kirschen mit animalischen, pfeffrigen und kräuterigen Anklängen. Kräftig im Mund, sehr reife, eingemachte Frucht mit zart bitterschokoladigen Noten, etwas Malz am Gaumen, deutlich Provencekräuter, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, aber etwas verschwommen in den Konturen, eher mürbes Tannin, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
