Clear, polished aroma of predominantly black berries with dried herbal aromas, a little tar, earthy notes, Provence herbs and pepper. Ripe, partly preserved, juicy fruit with some chocolaty wood spice, a little coffee, rum pralines and pepper, light acid bite, present, youthful tannin, good persistence and some warming alcohol, which however integrates well, gains noticeably in polish and freshness with air, very good, juicy, again also chocolaty finish with rum pot notes
