Translate to English Herber, etwas erdiger und nussiger Kernobst-Zitrusduft mit grasig-pflanzlichen Aromen, ein wenig Kapern und Mineralik. Geschliffene, feinsaftige, dabei fest gewirkte Frucht im Mund, erdige und nussige Anklänge, herbe, leicht grasige vegetabile Aromen, wieder auch ein wenig Kapern, feine, lebendige Säure, recht dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, eine Spur Holunder im Hintergrund, mineralische Würze, gewisser Schmelz, sehr guter Abgang.
