Translate to English Kühler und herber, noch unentwickelter Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten, etwas grünem Apfel und grünen Beeren mit grasig-pflanzlichen und mineralischen Noten. Feinsaftige, geschliffene, reintönige Frucht, straffe, feine Säure, grasige bis kräuterige Würze, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Substanz und viel Biss, im Hintergrund mineralisch, noch jung, sehr guter Abgang. Sollte unbedingt noch ein wenig reifen.
