Translate to English Zwiebelschalenfarben. Duft nach angetrockneten Äpfeln und welken Blüten mit erdigen und nussigen Aromen sowie ein wenig Laub. Sehr herb im Mund, leicht hefig und deutlich nussig, zurückhaltende Frucht, feine Säure und leichter Gerbstoff, ein wenig gedeckt, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, viel Salz, guter, herber, recht nussiger Abgang mit erdigen Noten. Eigenwillig, aber gut.
