Translate to English Deutlich pilziger, ein wenig käsiger und leicht floraler Duft mit Kernobstnoten, etwas Hefe und rotbeerigen Anklängen. Sehr herb im Mund, verhaltene Frucht, wieder deutlich pilzig, bitterlich-nussige und hefige Nuancen, etwas erdig und salzig, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ordentlicher, herber Abgang.
