2002 Valais AOC Pinot Noir Clos de Montzuettes, Wallis/Valais, Switzerland

Compact elegant nose shows some signs of maturity, preserved berries, light balsamic notes, vegetal notes and strawberry cream. Juicy, clean fruit in the mouth, small red berries, with light vegetal notes and a hint of mushrooms, medium-bodied, fairly persistent and has some substance, quite firm, noticeable integrated tannins, shows depth and has some backbone, cool style, good finish.
