Translate to English Herber, etwas oxidativer und getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis leicht tabakiger Duft nach teils getrockneten Äpfeln mit welk-floralen, nussigen und erdigen Tönen, Fenchelsamen und Waldhonig. Etwas süße Frucht nach mürbem und angetrocknetem Kernobst im Mund, feine Säure, getrocknet-pflanzliche Töne, leicht oxidativer Stil, Schmelz und gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, wieder eine Spur Waldhonig, sehr feine Säure, mürber Gerbstoff, mineralische und hefige Anklänge, etwas mandelig-nussig, sehr guter, süßlicher Abgang mit gewürzigen Nuancen und Kandis.
