2007 Chablis AOC, Burgundy, France

Cool citrus fruit and apples on the nose, hint of peaches, light vegetal and yeasty notes. Light-bodied with delicate fruit on the palate, light vegetal notes, fairly prominent acidity, has some bite, not particularly deep, atttractive finish.
