Slightly perfumed nose, partly dried and partly preserved medicinal herbs, some dried apples and quinces and oak. Fairly tranquil and soft on the palate, dried pomaceous fruit, piquant bitter notes, hint of herbal extracts, some oak, very elegant acidity, mineral traces on a good to very good finish.
