2015 Quarts-de-Chaume AOC Grand Cru La Martinière, Loire, France

Firm scent of partially preserved, dried and candied stone fruit with a hint of caramel and hints of dried flowers, some honey and fine herbal nuances. Dense and juicy in the mouth, taut fruit with a fine acidity and feel, delicate vegetal tones and a little mushroom on the palate, candied floral nuances, clear, salty mineral notes, some yellow spice, complex and deep, still young, very good to long, sweet and delicately spicy finish with candy notes.
