Translate to English Recht fester, noch sehr jugendlicher, etwas reduktiver, zart rauchiger und hefiger Duft mit feinen gelbfruchtigen und kräuterigen Aromen sowie mineralischen Anklängen im Hintergrund. Herbe, feinsaftige, jugendliche Frucht mit sehr feiner Säure und etwas Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, helle nussige bis holzige Töne, etwas Hefe, Speck und wieder auch kräuterige Nuancen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, helle tabakige und salzig-mineralische Töne, zart süßlicher Schmelz, sehr guter, erst relativ fruchtiger, nach Luftzufuhr auch deutlich mineralischer Abgang mit feinem Biss und Zug. Wird an der Luft straffer, herber und ernsthafter; Muss etwas reifen.
