Delicate apple fruit on the nose, elegant and spicy, almost fruity resiny notes. Quite appealing on the palate, delicate resiny note, preserved soft apple fruit, dry and fairly persistent, very moderate integrated acidity, attractive finish. Excellent partner with food, particularly for grilled fish.
