Tart, muted, clearly vegetal and a little animalic aroma with tart earthy notes, some yellow fruity aromas and a hint of kimchi. Restrained, very tart fruit, clearly vegetal aromas, bitterish nut tones and root vegetables, quite lively acidity, a little covering tannin, yeasty notes, a hint of waxy, good to very good finish.
