Translate to English Käsige und deutlich vegetabile Nase mit etwas gedeckten, herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen und ein wenig Kimchi. Herbe, etwas schmelzige Frucht, deutlich vegetabile Töne, wieder Kimchi, hefige Nuancen, frische pflanzliche Noten, etwas Griff, lebendige Säure, recht nachhaltig, gute Substanz, Walnuss und Mandel am Gaumen, helle, salzige Mineralik, noch eher jung, sehr guter, herber Abgang.
