Light floral, yeasty and waxy notes on the nose, candied yellow fruit aromas, hint of yellow spice, fairly prominent mineral notes. Tart fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, fairly prominent elegant acidity, light tannic grip, fairly persistent, quite an elegant sfairly cool style, yeasty and light vegetal notes on a very good, firm, tart, juicy finish. Very good value for money.
