Translate to English Herber, noch eher unentwickelter, eine Spur animalischer Duft nach eingemachten schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit Noten getrockneter Provence-Kräuter sowie leicht unterholzigen und erdigen Anklängen. Reife, saftige und geschliffene Frucht im Mund, kräuterige Aromen, sehr feines, mürbes Tannin, Schmelz und gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, schokoladige Nuancen, im Hintergrund leicht salzig-mineralische Töne, zarter Säurebiss, animierend, leichte Alkoholwärme, saftiger, leicht kompottiger Abgang.
