Herbal, slightly spicy and a little fresh-vegetable nose of black berries,cherries and juniper with bacony nuances and a little black olives. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved dark fruit, some bitter-chocolatey wood and coffee, fine tannin, light acid bite, good persistence, much power and alcohol, juniper notes in the background, a little Provence herbs, salty traces, good to very good finish
