Translate to English Fester, etwas herb-pflanzlicher und zart oxidativer Duft nach teils getrockneten Zitrusfrüchten, etwas Apfel, Kandis und Kräutern mit hefigen und deutlich steinig-mineralischen Tönen. Fest gewirkt im Mund, herbe Frucht mit hefigen und nussigen Aromen, ein wenig Wachs, feine, straffe Säure, vegetabile Noten, Erde und Feuerstein am Gaumen, auch viel Salz, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, knochentrockener Stil, gewisse Tiefe, etwas Schmelz, sehr guter, herber Abgang mit Zug und nussigen Tönen.
