Translate to English Nussig-holziger und hefig-würziger Duft nach angetrockneten gelben Früchten und dicken Bohnen mit rauchigen und feuersteinartigen Tönen, etwas Kandis, Karamell, Butter deutlich vegetabilen Aromen und erdiger Mineralik. Herbe, reife, dabei schmelzige Frucht im Mund, wieder etwas Feuerstein-Würze, vegetabile Aromen, ruhige, mit Luft präsentere Säure, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, ein Hauch Trockenobst und Wachs, ziemlich kompakt, sehr guter, herber Abgang mit merklicher Holzwürze.
