2016 Coteaux de Béziers IGP Marselan-Merlot 2M, Languedoc, France

Very light animal scent of cherries and dark berries with slightly herbaceous and earthy notes. Clear, polished, juicy fruit, slightly nutty notes, a hint of cocoa on the palate, delicate herbaceous nuances in the background, fine tannins, good persistence, straightforward style, some salt in the background, good to very good, clear, juicy and delicately spicy finish.
