Translate to English Leicht reduktiver, vegetabiler, zart gewürziger und ein wenig rauchiger Duft mit Nuancen von Gurke, Senfsaat, grünem Spargel und Salbei. Feste, herbe Frucht mit etwas Schmelz, im Hintergrund mürber Apfel, Pistazien und Pinienkerne, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, ein Hauch Salz, Tabak und Erde am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, guter bis sehr guter, wieder etwas würziger Abgang.
