Translate to English Herber, fester und recht tiefer, deutlich getrocknet-kräuteriger Duft nach schwarzen und roten Beeren mit speckigen Noten, ein wenig getrockneten Polzen, Pfeffer, Mineralik und einem Hauch Wacholder. Wiederum fest gewirkte, saftige und würzige Frucht, Lavendelaromen, ein Hauch Kaffee, Nüsse und angedeutet Kakao, feiner Biss, mürbes, griffiges Tannin, kräftig und nachhaltig am Gaumen, im Hintergrund Provencekräuter und wieder ein wenig Wacholder, hat bei aller Kraft erstaunliche Frische und viel Leben, gute Tiefe, vielschichtig, sehr guter, straffer, saftiger und würziger Abgang mit deutlicher Mineralik, Alkoholwärme, aber auch kühlenden ätherischen Noten.
