Translate to English Fester, leicht getrocknet-fleischiger und etwas nussig-holzwürziger Duft nach reifen schwarzen Beeren und etwas Kirschen mit feinen getrocknet-kräuterigen Aromen, einem Hauch schwarzer Oliven, Speck und deutlicher Mineralik. Klare, sehr geschliffene, saftige Frucht, kräuterige Töne, getrocknete rote Paprika und wieder leicht nussiges und dazu schokoladiges Holz, nachhaltig am Gaumen, mineralisch und trotz des niedrigen Alkohols konzentriert, noch jung, sehr feines, reifes Tannin, etwas Biss, gute Tiefe, sehr guter bis langer, saftiger Abgang.
