Deep and concentrated, somewhat smoky-woody aroma of preserved black berries and some cherries with chocolaty aromas, clearly cake spices, a little pepper, dried herbs and minerality. Powerful and juicy in the mouth, ripe, melting dark fruit with lots of chocolaty and some smoky-roasty wood, on the palate again cake spices, deep, multilayered and persistent, candy notes and dark caramel in the background, only at the beginning of its maturity, some warmth, very good to long finish with enormous juice.

Best to drink: 2014-2025+. What our ratings mean
