Translate to English Klare, recht herbe, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen sowie erdigen bis mineralischen Tönen. Kühle, herbe Frucht im Mund, pflanzliche und zart hefige Aromen, feine Säure, geradliniger, eleganter Stil, recht gute Nachhaltigkeit, Noten von Fenchel und Minze im Hintergrund, noch leicht gedeckt, guter bis sehr guter Abgang, wieder mit hefigen Spuren.
