Klare, herbe Frucht, etwas schmelzig, deutlich vegetabile und kräuterige Aromen, leicht floral am Gaumen, florale Nuancen und eine Spur Hefe, feine Säure, spürbarer Alkohol, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, salzige Töne im Hintergrund, hat trotz seiner Kraft auch Frische, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
