Translate to English Kühle, frisch-pflanzliche und leicht hefige Zitrusnase mit etwas Ananas, Senfsaat, Kresse und einem Hauch Holunderblüte. Reife, recht saftige, teils eingemacht wirkende und auch schmelzige Frucht mit sehr feiner, lebendiger Säure, viel pflanzlicher Würze und getrocknet-floralen Nuancen, etwas hefig am Gaumen, nachhaltig, gewisse Kraft und Wärme, hat Griff, etwas Holunder im Hintergrund, nussige Anklänge und recht deutliche Mineralik, leicht rauchig, sehr guter Abgang mit reifem Saft und herber pflanzlicher Würze.
