Translate to English Etwas kräuterig, zart floral und angedeutet hefig, mit feinen, hellen Zitrus- und Kernobstaromen sowie mineralischen Noten etwas Apfelblüte und Johannisbeeren. Klare, geschliffene, herbe Frucht, hefige, kräuterig-pflanzliche und nussige Aromen, eine Spur Rauch, lebhafte, sehr feine Säure, anregender Griff am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, recht eleganter Stil, ein wenig Pfeffer und Tabak im Hintergrund, relativ komplex, florale Nuancen, erdige und salzige Mineralik, wirkt regelrecht knusprig, sehr guter Abgang mit feinem Saft, Griff und Würze. Legt über Tage zu; Eine Freude.
