2015 Sancerre AOC Chambrates, Loire, France

Slightly open, firm and quite deep, herbaceous-vegetal and clearly mineral, slightly reminiscent of flint with tart yellow and green fruity aromas, nutty traces, somewhat dried light flowers, mustard pickles, peanut and earthy notes. Firmly woven, very juicy, ripe fruit with nutty, dried floral and vegetal aromas, broccoli and white pepper, very fine, lively acidity, persistent on the palate, slightly grippy, deep and multilayered, peach and buttery notes in the background, delicately smoky but also salty minerality, some melting, very good, firm, fine-juicy, mineral and delicately spicy finish with grip and pull
