2009 Pays d'Oc IGP Belcanto, Languedoc, France

Translate to English Leicht entwickelter, ein wenig zedrig-holzwürziger Duft nach teils eingemachten gemischten Beeren mit Zwetschgentönen, etwas Tabak, getrockneten Blüten und kandierten Nüssen. Fest gewirkt und kräftig im Mund, saftige, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht mit schokoladiger, röstiger und wieder leicht zedriger Holzwürze, feinsandiges, überwiegend mürbes Tannin, zarter Säurebiss, kräuterige Nuancen, etwas kandierte Nüsse, nachhaltig, leichte Alkoholwärme, aber auch kühle Elemente, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
