Translate to English Etwas nussiger, dazu erdiger, leicht vegetabiler und einen Hauch speckiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht, vegetabile und erdige Noten, sehr feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, viel Quitte am Gaumen, im Hintergrund mineralische Töne, recht fester Bau, sehr guter Abgang mit etwas Speck und Rauch.
