Klare, wieder kühle, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht, zart nussige und buttrige Töne, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, etwas Griff, wieder helle Mineralik, an Muschelschalen erinnernde Aromen, sehr feine Würze, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, fester, herb-saftiger Abgang mit gewissem Schmelz, aber auch feinem Biss und Griff.
