Astringent, firm and quite deep, even more reductive, bacony-fleshy, peppery and dried herbaceous scent of mainly black berries with some juniper, a hint of paprika and earthy-mineral notes. Very firm, ripe, juicy and concentrated fruit, surprisingly fresh in all its strength, with very fine, ripe and present tannins, a little smoke and tobacco, peppery notes and again some bacon, some warmth, excellent substance and persistence, good depth, still young, a hint of cocoa, ethereal notes, Provencal herbs, very good to long, warm, juicy, finely spiced and slightly fleshy finish, which becomes more and more complex with air. Must absolutely mature.
