Relatively cool, firm and polished nose, very floral and somewhat reminiscent of oak, with yellow fruit aromas, dry herbs, a touch of avocado and light mineral notes. Firm and concentrated on the palate, ripe, creamy fruit, spicy notes, elegant, lively acidity, touch of ripe tannins, light nutty-woody traces, hint of butter, prominent, slightly earthy, fairly light mineral notes in the background, good depth, some potency and heat, some elder and pineapple in the background, still undeveloped, almost closed, very good long finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Sehr fester, herber, deutlich vegetabiler und auch kräuteriger Duft mit Fenchelnoten, Lorbeer, etwas Pfeffer, Paprika, Zucchini und Brokkoli, dazu Tabak, rote Johannisbeeren und intensiver Mineralik. Kompakt und wieder sehr fest im Mund, reife, saftige Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen Aromen, wieder merklich roten Johannisbeeren, etwas Kräuterwürze und rosa Pfeffer, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, reichlich Griff, nachhaltig und tief, trotz des hohen Alkohols eher kühl, gute Substanz und Tiefe, hefige Aromen, zart floral im Hintergrund, deutliche, ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, recht komplex, straff und lang. Muss reifen.
