Translate to English Etwas pflanzlicher Zitrusduft mit Steinobst- und Apfelnoten, etwas Quitte und Kandis. Schlanke, leicht süßliche Frucht, etwas entwickelt, leicht rau am Gaumen, herausstehende Säure, pflanzliche Töne, nicht ganz zusammengesetzt, wieder auch Kandis, ordentlicher Abgang. Wirkt, als würde er gerade in seine Einzelteile zerfallen.

Klare, etwas saftige Frucht im Mund, wieder vegetabile Aromen und eine Spur Pfeffer, feine, präsente Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, im Hintergrund erdige Mineralik, nicht völlig trocken, aber harmonisch, guter, recht saftiger Abgang.
