2015 Hochheim Domdechaney Riesling Auslese, Rheingau, Germany

Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, prominent peaches, delicate light floral and mineral notes. Very sweet, fairly juicy, partly candied fruit on the palate, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, slightly mutes by light sandy tannins, good substance and persistence, earthy and salty mineral notes, some bite, light lactic and volatile notes, some sugar candy in the background, still young, very good finish.
