2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Angelayo, Spain

Somewhat open and developed, dried vegetable, earthy and slightly animal nose of very ripe black berries with tobacco and woody aromas. Warm, preserved and partly candied, ripe, sweetish-sapid fruit, crumbly-sandy tannin, slightly bitter-chocolatey wood aromas, a little rum fruit on the palate, a lot of alcohol, good persistence, but rather limited depth, but despite its power also has some freshness, very slight oxidation tones, good to very good, again sweetish-sapid finish
