2011 Barolo DOCG Riserva Fossati, Piedmont, Italy

Translate to English Getrocknet-floraler und etwas kandiert-nussiger Duft nach eingemachten roten und ein wenig schwarzen Beeren mit erdigen und teerigen Noten sowie Kirschen im Hintergrund. Klare, gerade, relativ herbe Frucht im Mund, erdige und leicht zedrige Töne, feinsandiges Tannin, noch leicht trocknend, gute Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund ein wenig Kräuter und Malz, salzige mineralische Anklänge, hat Griff, etwas Kakao, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, recht fester Abgang.
