2014 Barolo DOCG Fossati, Piedmont, Italy

Translate to English Fester, etwas tabakiger, erdiger und ein wenig nussig-holziger Duft nach reifen roten und schwarzen Beeren mit ein wenig getrockneten Pilzen und vegetabilen Nuancen sowie ins Zedrige gehenden Holzaromen. Herbe, recht feste Frucht mit straffen Tanninen und merklichem Säurebiss, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, getrocknet-pflanzliche bis tabakige Aromen, ein wenig Kakao und Kaffee, leicht röstige Holznoten, pilzige und speckige Nuancen, mit Luft Pfeffer, noch etwas trocknend, gewinnt mit der Zeit deutlich an Saft, sehr guter Abgang mit gewisser Frische.
