Translate to English Klarer Duft nach teils eingekochten roten und schwarzen Beeren mit Noten von eingelegtem Paprika und ein wenig hellem Tabak sowie zart erdigen Tönen. Relativ weiche, etwas warme, zugängliche Frucht im Mund, leicht holzige Würze und wieder ein wenig Paprika, süßliche Tabaknoten am Gaumen, hat Schmelz und spürbaren Alkohol, zart karamellige Töne, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, erdig-mineralische Anklänge, guter Abgang. Hat sich in den letzten beiden Monaten gefangen; vor allem das Holz ist heute wesentlich besser eingebunden als bei der ersten Probe.

Editor note: Translate to English Töne von Nougat und gerösteten Nüssen in der schokoladigen Nase mit Tönen von eingemachten Beeren. Am Gaumen ziemlich geradlinig, im Mund wiederum röstig, dazu etwas schwarze Schokolade, Kräuter und eher herbe rote Beeren, passende Tannine, wirkt schlanker, als er ist, ziemlich holzbetont, bitterlicher, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
