2012 Durbach Ölberg Clevner Spätlese, Baden, Germany

Simple, nutty, delicately vegetal and earthy citrus nose with stone oysters as well as floral and spicy nuances. Sweetish, smooth fruit on the palate, bitter almond, vegetal, tobacco and dried floral aromas, licorice, some muscat and eucalyptus, integrated acidity, acceptable, slightly weak finish.
