Champagne AOC Premier Cru Brut, Champagne, France

Apples on the nose with a hint of citrus, nutty and light vegetal notes, very delicate sweetish, yeasty brioche in the background, some chalky mineral traces. Elegant fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty notes, fairly fine mousse evenly distributed, slightly creamy, sweetish touch, good persistence, mineral traces, good to very good finish.
