2006 Szekszárd trocken Görögszó, Südliches Transdanubien, Hungary

Tart spicy notes and tobacco on the nose, preserved and dried mixed berries, prominent nutty, spicy oak, noticeable alcohol. Very full-bodied on the palate, sweetish, partly overripe fruit, loads of oak, toasted notes, fairly prominent astringent oak tannins, sugar candy, warm and slightly jammy, persistent, noticeable alcohol, not particularly deep, herbs and tobacco in the background, sweetish oak, hint of varnish, slightly diffuse on a jammy, alcoholic finish.
