2013 Veltlínské Zelené Landwein trocken, Southern Moravia, Czech Republic

Matt gold. Subtle and quite cool fragrance with restrained notes of dried meadow flowers, ripe, dried yellow plums and pomaceous fruit and a hint of iron. More mature fruit on the palate, artichoke, roasted walnuts and smoked radicchio, dried vegetal notes, tobacco and earthy notes, ripe acidity, good grip, quite a good finish with nutty notes and some withered foliage.
