Melon and elderberry on the nose, stalky with a touch of bell peppers. More fairly prominent bell peppers on the palate, fairly soft, partly preserved pomaceous fruit, barely discernable sweetness, delicate bitter herbaceous notes in the background, moderate acidity, good varietal character, not particularly deep, already quite approachable, attractive finish.
