Translate to English Kühler und eher herber, zart hefiger und frisch-pflanzlicher Duft mit angedeutet hell-floralen Noten, frischen kräuterigen Nuancen und heller Mineralik. Klare, recht feste, feinsaftige Frucht mit zarten Aromen heller Nüsse, angedeutet Butter und nur einem Hauch Speck, sehr feine, geschliffene Säure, nachhaltig, eleganter Stil, etwas Griff und zugleich Schmelz, salzige Nuancen, sehr guter Abgang. Unaufgeregt gut.
