2010 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Kermesse, Alto Adige, Italy

Translate to English Herber, etwas grasig-kräuteriger, auch holzwürziger, tabakiger und leicht an Suppenfond erinnernder Duft mit eher kühlen schwarzbeerigen Aromen, ein wenig getrockneten Zwetschgen und Kirschen sowie erdigen Tönen und Wacholder. Relativ kühl wirkende, recht straffe, konzentrierte, herb-saftige Frucht, rauchiges und leicht speckiges Holz, getrocknet-vegetabile, pfeffrige und erdige Aromen, etwas Kakao und Kaffeesatz am Gaumen, leicht sandiges Tannin, dicht und nachhaltig, noch sehr jung, salzige Noten, sehr guter bis langer, vielschichtiger, wieder erstaunlich kühler, mineralischer Abgang mit feinem Saft und Biss sowie feinen pilzigen Tönen.
