Cool nose, light yeasty and vegetal notes, light yellow fruit, fairly prominent mineral notes behind tha. Clear, polished, bone dry fruit on the palate, still slightly yeasty, elegant vegetal and herbaceous traces, fairly lively, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, some grip, still young, but already very harmonious, light salty notes in the background, some chalky traces, good persistence, elegant, vibrant style, some bite on a very good polished finish.
